This is a review of an October 23, 1990 unpublished decision of the court of appeals which affirmed the summary judgment of the circuit court for Milwaukee County, Patricia D. McMahon, Circuit Judge, dismissing plaintiffs complaint for negligence because the court of appeals con-*508eluded that the defendant acted intentionally as a matter of law and the plaintiff failed to commence his action within the two-year statute of limitations for intentional torts.
