Appellants were convicted of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor. The assignments of error are, (1) the court erred in overruling the demurrer to the information and denying appellants’ motion in arrest of judgment, (2) the court erred in admitting certain of the state’s exhibits without giving the appellants an opportunity to cross-examine the identifying witnesses, (3) the court erred in permitting the state to reopen its ease and introduce further evidence of venue after appellants had interposed a motion for an advisory instruction to acquit.
