Wisconsin Patients Compensation Fund v. Continental Casualty Co.

There are two actions before this court, which have been consolidated for appeal purposes, cases numbered 84-087 and 84-088. These appeals are before us on certification from the court of appeals, pursuant to sec. (Rule) 809.61, Stats., 1 and are both from summary judgments of the circuit court for Winnebago county, William E. Crane, circuit judge. We affirm the summary judgments of the circuit court.
