This is a mesothelioma case. Plaintiffs Alton Chapman and his wife Frances Chapman (together, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained when Alton Chapman was exposed to asbestos. (ECF No. 69 (“Pis.’ Mem.”) at 1).
