Baumgartner v. Doherty

This is a petition brought in the Land Court for the registration of title to certain lots of land, consisting of beach and beach upland in Plymouth. This case, in 1931, was severed (G. L. [Ter. Ed.] c. 185, § 31) from a petition, covering these and other lots, brought in 1914 by George H. Pierce and others, which went to a decree. It is now prosecuted by a substituted petitioner. G. L.
