On June 14, 1925, Joseph Cohen and Lena Wolfson, each previously married and each having five living children, entered into an antenuptial agreement and shortly thereafter were married. In accordance with the terms of such agreement, Joseph Cohen purchased a residence property on Carplin Place in the city of Cincinnati and transferred an undivided one-half interest therein to his wife, Lena Wolfson Cohen.
