I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, Ann D. Ferguson (“Ms.Ferguson”), hired attorney Steven Dean (“Attorney Dean”) to represent her in connection with filing tax returns on behalf of the estate of her brother, Neil Ferguson, who died in 1994.
