This matter is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment for a declaration regarding Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company’s (“MLM”) obligation to indemnify a Virginia law firm for a malpractice judgment. The insurance policy (the “Policy”) at issue provides $10 million in coverage for any claim arising out of any act, error, or omission that occurred after October 25, 2006.
