This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county on a directed verdict. B. V. Suttle sued' the city of Tulsa. Okla., to recover salary as police detective officer, alleged to be due from May 7, 1934, to the date of filing the petition. An amended petition was later filed.
