COWEN, Circuit Judge.
In this case of first impression we must decide whether § 502(b)(7) of the Bankruptcy Code can limit the recovery of a pre-petition judgment creditor in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding when the creditor’s claim arose from the wrongful termination of an employment contract that had been breached over two years before the bankruptcy petition was filed.
