MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RUBEN CASTILLO, District Judge.
Appellant Bruce Belson (“Belson” or “Appellant”) brings this appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court sustaining the Debtor/Appellee Olson Rug Company’s (“Appellee”) Objection to Proof of Claim No. 21 Filed by Bruce Belson, which denied priority status to Appellant’s Claim *663pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 507(a)(4) and reduced the amount of Appellant’s Claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502(b)(7). The appeal is timely before this Court. For the reasons set forth herein, the decision of the Bankruptcy Court is affirmed.
