TAYLOR, Justice.

Plaintiff (respondent) obtained a verdict and judgment against defendant for $4,000, for an alleged breach of a contract of employment. Defendant (appellant) is an Idaho corporation with its principal office and place of business at Idaho Falls. Defendant owns a sawmill and lumber processing business at Salmon, Idaho, which it operates under the trade name of Idaho Forest Products.
