Sharon Moore brought a Title VII class action suit that was settled prior to trial pursuant to a consent decree entered by the district court. In the settlement process Moore and her counsel waived all claims for attorneys’ fees and costs otherwise available under section 706(k) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(k).
