OPINION

Plaintiff Loretta McClure filed this action against defendant Houston County, Alabama; defendant Houston County Sheriffs Department; defendant Houston County Sheriff Lamar Glover, in his individual and official capacities; and defendant estate of Eric Sewell, a now-deceased Houston County Deputy Sheriff. 1 McClure brought her action under 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1983, 1985, and 1986, and under Alabama state law.
