This case is before the Court upon the Defendants’ limited demurrer to the Plaintiffs First Amended Bill of Complaint. The Defendants have demurred to the Plaintiffs claim that Defendant White owed the Plaintiff a fiduciary duty as an expert witness, to the Plaintiffs request for punitive damages against Defendant Warren for violating his fiduciary duty as the Plaintiffs attorney, and to all of the Plaintiffs other claims for punitive damages.
