This was an action for unlawful detainer brought by the plaintiffs in error as plaintiffs against the defendants in error in the Circuit Court of Jefferson county, on the 28th of January, 1876. The complaint alleges that the defendants unlawfully, and against the consent of the plaintiffs,, withhold from the plaintiffs the possession of certain real estate-therein'described, being a lot at Lloyd’s Station, in Jefferson county, and prays restitution of • possession and their damages.
