This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Duval county. The action was ejectment for a lot of land in the city of Jacksonville.

Plaintiff (appellant here.,) claimed title through deed of her mother, Sarah A. Houston, bearing date the 24th day of November, A. D. 1854. Defendants (appellants here,) claim title through sale by William A. Houston, administrator of the goods and chattels of Sarah A. Houston, plaintiff's mother and grantor in the deed mentioned.
