This appeal comes to this court from a judgment entered for the appellees by the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County. The action in the Court of Common Pleas was an appeal from an order or resolution of the Council of the village of Moreland Hills, refusing to affirm an order of the board of zoning appeals, granting appellees’ application for an exception to the zoning ordinance of the village as requested by the appellees to build town houses on their property located at the southwest corner of Chagrin Boulevard and SOM Center Road in the village.
