MEMORANDUM OPINION OVERRULING OBJECTION TO ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIM
JAMES F. SCHNEIDER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue presented in this case is whether the owners of a tug which towed the debtor’s barge three-quarters of the way across the Atlantic Ocean before the barge sank (through no apparent fault of the tug) are entitled to an administrative expense claim against the debtor’s bankruptcy estate based upon a postpetition towage contract. For the reasons stated, this Court concludes that the administrative claim should be allowed.
