THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Motion to Require Debtor to Pay Post-Petition Loan or Alternatively, Request for Payment of Administrative Claim (the “Motion”) filed by The Exchange Bank on March 31, 2000. Southern Soya Corporation (“Debtor”), Thomas L. Harper (“Harper”), and Edisto Farm Credit filed Responses in support of the Motion. On April 11, 2000, a Response to the Motion was also filed by the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee (the “Committee”) in which the Committee asserts that the debt for which payment is sought by The Exchange…
