HIGGINS, District Judge.
This is an action by the United States of America for the use and benefit of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) for a mandatory injunction requiring defendants, N. Reese Bagwell and Susan Perrine Bag-well, to remove a wooden barn owned by defendants from a permanent electric pow*136er transmission line easement and right-of-way owned by plaintiff.
