Plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of Dwight L. Gose, deceased, seeks to recover death damages resulting from an automobile accident. It is the plaintiff’s contention that the fatal injuries received by the decedent were caused by the defendants’ negligence, as charged. It is the claim of the defendants that the accident and consequent damages proximately resulted from the contributory negligence of plaintiff’s decedent.
