This ease concerns the validity of a search following an automobile stop. The Appellate Division remanded the matter for a new hearing on defendant’s motion to suppress drugs seized from his car. The facts of the case are set forth in the opinion of the Appellate Division, 270 N.J.Super. 318, 637 A.2d 195 (1994).
