A. INTRODUCTION
At issue is whether 11 U.S.C. § 706(a) of the Bankruptcy Code precludes the Debtor from converting a Chapter 7 case to Chapter 13 after that case had been previously converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7. This court follows the line of cases which hold that, although a debtor does not have an absolute right to a second conversion of a case from one Chapter to another, the court may exercise a discretional right to allow a second conversion.
