MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction. Plaintiff was, until dismissed in November, 1981, a student in good standing in his final year at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, and was scheduled to graduate in May, 1982.
