Defendant Barry Eugene Taylor appeals from a judgment entered by the trial court ordering that Defendant be imprisoned for 45 days in the custody of the Sheriff of Lincoln County and suspending his sentence for 18 months on the condition that Defendant successfully complete probation, perform 20 hours of community service during the first 60 days of the probationary period, pay a $500.00 fine and the costs, and comply with the usual terms and conditions of probation based upon his conviction for misdemeanor obstruction of justice, and from an order entered by Judge Doughton…
