Monte and Jane Murray brought this action against American Family Mutual Insurance Company (“American Family”) for failure to provide insurance benefits, breach of contract, and failure to procure insurance. The district court 1 granted summary judgment to American Family and the Murrays now appeal. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

I. Facts
