rendered an oral decision on the record making findings of fact relating to plaintiff purchaser’s causes of action for the return of his deposit and for damages and defendant seller’s counterclaim for specific performance, and concluding that plaintiff’s causes were dismissed on the merits and that defendant was entitled to a decree of specific performance.
