Stephen Pollasiak, a section hand in the employ of the Chicago, Bock Island & Pacific Bailway Company, was struck and killed while at work about 8:30 p. m. of December 16,1904, by the Bocky Mountain Limited, a westbound train, within the city limits of the city of Peru. He .left a widow and several children, for whose benefit this suit was brought by the administrator of his estate to recover damages for the injury to their means of support.
