SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

Robert Oglesby appeals the district court's 1 adverse grant of summary judgment on his Fourth Amendment claims against law enforcement officers Amy Lesan and Chad Hein for unlawful seizure, unlawful arrest, and excessive force. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 , we affirm.
