The plaintiff James Notaro is Secretary and Executive Director of the Liberal Party of New York State (“Liberal Party”). The Plaintiff George Longworth is the Assistant Commissioner of the Division of Human Rights of New York State and a member of the Liberal Party. The Plaintiff Pearse O’Callaghan is the Director of the Division of Cemetaries of New York State and a member of the Liberal Party.
