—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Polizzi, J.), dated June 20, 2002, as denied those branches of her motion which were for summary judgment on the third, fourth, and fifth causes of action, and upon searching the record, granted summary judgment to the defendant Ella Ward dismissing the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh causes of action.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof which, upon searching the record, granted summary…
