Action for damages resulting from the alleged breach of a contract involving the purchase of a lot of coal by the plaintiff from the defendant.

It appears that on June 21, 1919, the parties entered into a contract, whereby the defendant, Barker Fuel Company (hereinafter referred to as the “coal company”), agreed to ship to the Union Bleaching Si Finishing Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Bleaching Company”) a quantity of 4-inch run of mine coal, at the price of $2.22 per ton, f. o. b. the mines at Straight Creek, Ky.
