Plaintiffs Wilson Road Development Corporation (WRDC), Brenda Diimey, Daniel Dumey, and the Brenda Kay Du-mey and Daniel E. Dumey Revocable Living Trusts initiated this action on May 11, 2011, seeking monetary and declaratory relief under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601 et seq.
