OPINION

DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Brandy Cooper appeals her conviction, after a jury trial, of battery upon a child causing injury, a class D felony, and sentence terms imposed by the trial court thereon.

We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
