I. Introduction
On September 30, 2011, the Court dismissed plaintiffs’ claims against defendant, Cambridge Health Alliance (“CHA”) without prejudice: the Court concluded that CHA was a “public employer” within the meaning of the Massachusetts Tort Claims Act (“the Act”), Mass.
