11 Plaintiff/Appellant Veva (Gerdom) Edwards (Plaintiff) seeks review of the trial court's order denying her motion for new trial after entry of a judgment on the jury's verdict denying her recovery against Defendants/Appellees Jonnise E. McKee and Sullivan Trucking Company (respectively, McKee and Sullivan, or, collectively, Defendants). In this appeal, Plaintiff asserts the trial court erred in instructing the jury pursuant to Kansas law.
