MEMORANDUM OPINION

Erlene Krigel, the Chapter 7 trustee in this bankruptcy case, filed this adversary proceeding asking this Court to set aside a transfer and to determine the validity, priority, and extent of three liens held by Paccar Financial Corporation (Paccar). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(E) and (K) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1).
