MEMORANDUM OPINION
ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Creditor Associates Commercial Corporation (Associates) filed a motion to lift stay as to a 1989 Kenworth T600 TRK TR, VIN 1XKADB9X5KS540962 (the Kenworth) in this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. The Chapter 7 trustee (the Trustee) filed a response and objected to the rehef requested on the grounds that Associates had not properly perfected its hen in the Kenworth.
