BACKGROUND AND RELEVANT FACTS
The plaintiff, Ultrasonics, Inc. (“Ultrasonics”) filed a voluntary petition for chapter 11 relief before this Court. It thereafter filed a complaint on February 9, 2000 commencing the instant adversary proceeding against Keith Eisberg (“Defendant”). That initial complaint and related summons were served by regular and certified first class mail upon Defendant at 11601 Moorpark, North Hollywood, California 91602. See Doc. No. 2.
