THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Motion to Set Aside a Default Under Rule 60 and a Motion to Set Aside an Order of Default under Rule 55 (the “Motions”) filed by Terry A. Trexler (“Debtor”) and the other Defendants in this adversary proceeding, I.P., L.L.C., Trexler Enterprises, L.L.C., James A. Trexler, James W. Trexler, Hazelene Trexler, and Julie C.
