The saga surrounding some property in Washington and Greene counties belonging to Steven D. Smith, Beryl Smith, Steven Garth Smith, and Lisa Anne Smith (“the Smiths”) was thought to have concluded on January 9, 2015. On that day, at a pretrial conference before this Court, all parties to this suit stood up and told the *502Court that all hatchets had been buried and the matter was settled.
