The accounting executor has requested the court to construe testator’s will and determine the interests of the parties thereunder. The will is dated April 19, 1915. Testator died December 4, 1952. The instrument is so inartistically drawn as to require construction in its entirety. Paragraph “ First ” gives Ray Racow, testator’s sister, “ all my personal effects and personal property, excepting ready cash, for her own use for ever.” (Italics supplied.)
