OPINION

Before us in this matter is a species of motion which we find most distasteful: a motion seeking sanctions against an attorney pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule (hereinafter referred to as “B.Rule”) 9011(a), the bankruptcy analogue of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (hereinafter “F.R.Civ.P.”) 11. Even more distasteful is, unfortunately, the sequence of events involving the filings of Morris, Joel and Lillian Geller (hereinafter referred to individually by their first names and collectively as “the Gellers”) in our court.
