A. INTRODUCTION
The instant proceeding is before us on a motion by the former Debtor in this involuntary bankruptcy case, International Mobile Advertising Corp. (“IMAC”), for the imposition of damages, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 303(i)(l), (2), against the sole petitioning creditor, Stanton Miller (“Miller”); and for monetary sanctions against Miller and his counsel, Richard L.
