Plaintiff Dr. JKL, Limited filed a complaint against defendants HPC IT Education Center (“HPC”), and Sam Yuen alleging: (1) copyright infringement in violation of 17 U.S.C § 501; (2) trademark infringement in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1127; (3) false designation of origin in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1125; (4) breach of written contract; and (5) breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
