Charles Buazard brought this case against defendants Charles Meridith, John Patrick, and the City of Pocahontas, Arkansas, alleging a violation of his First Amendment right to free speech. The District Court1 granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants, and Bua-zard now appeals. We agree with the District Court’s summary-judgment decision and therefore affirm.
