Timothy and Deana Schultes contend that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to the State on its petition to find their daughter, L.S., dependent. They assert that determining dependency in a summary judgment procedure is not permitted under the court rules and violates their right to due process. *3They assert, alternatively, that summary judgment was improper here because there are genuine issues of material fact.
