Plaintiff Inspired by Design, LLC brought this lawsuit against Sammy’s Sew Shop, LLC and Samantha Pantaleo, asserting trade dress infringement, unfair competition, and copyright infringement claims. This action comes before the court on defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, to Transfer Venue (Doc. 6).
