This is a conversion action. It was brought by the plaintiff to recover the value of two automobiles alleged to have been converted by the defendant. A jury was waived and all issues of fact were tried to the court. ' The court made findings of fact, conclusions of law and ordered judgment for the plaintiff for the value of the automobiles. The defendant moved for a new trial; the motion was denied and defendant appeals from the judgment.
